How to Use – TopTierBeauty Xtreme Lip Plumper

1. Start with clean, dry lips
   Remove any lipstick or gloss before applying.
2. Apply a thin, even layer
   Swipe directly onto lips using the applicator.
3. Wait for the tingle
   A warming or tingling sensation is normal and means the plumper is activating.
4. Let it sit for 3–5 minutes
   For extra fullness, allow it to absorb before layering other products.
5. Wear alone or over lipstick
   Use it by itself for a glossy plump look or on top of lip color for added volume.

⚠️ Slight tingling or warmth is expected.

⚠️ If burning becomes uncomfortable, wipe off immediately.

⚠️ Avoid use on cracked, irritated, or freshly exfoliated lips.

⚠️ Keep away from eyes.
